How a 568F propeller moves through overhaul
Sample post for the design review. From receiving inspection to release: the path a propeller takes through the shop.

This is a sample post written to show the layout. APS will replace it before launch.
Every unit follows the same path through the shop, and each step leaves a record.
Receiving and teardown
The unit is logged, inspected and taken apart. Findings are recorded against the component maintenance manual.
Repair and inspection
Parts are repaired or replaced, then inspected. This section would carry photos from the shop floor.
Assembly, test and release
The propeller is assembled, balanced and tested before the release paperwork is signed.
